Mindfulness should no longer be considered a “nice-to-have” for executives.

It’s a “must-have”: a way to keep our brains healthy, to support self-regulation and effective decision-making capabilities, and to protect ourselves from toxic stress.

PROGRAMMES
WHAT
WE DO

At Mindfield, we develop evidence-based, interactive programmes centred on mindfulness, emotional intelligence & cutting-edge neuroscience, that are tailored to our clients’ needs.

The benefits of mindfulness-based programmes include improving performance & concentration, managing stress more effectively, improving resilience and developing better emotional control.

The Emotional Intelligence programmes are focused on improving communication skills, providing frameworks and practical exercises to manage conflict and build better relationships with co-workers and clients alike, and also integrate mindfulness practices.

INDIVIDUALS
AND CHILDREN

We facilitate Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes are facilitated for groups of 10-20 participants or individually.

Parenting can be immensely rewarding and nourishing, but can also be stressful and involve an array of changing emotions. Often the demands of daily life impact parents’ ability to practice patience and listening with their children, which can impact the quality of the parent-child relationship. Of all the variables parents are faced with, the one they can have the most influence over is themselves.

We facilitate Mindful Parenting Programmes & Workshops for parents to learn to slow down and attend to children and themselves with greater awareness and compassion, to better manage their responses and appreciate more of the precious moments together.
